Returns & Refunds
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return any unwanted items to us. Please remember that items received outside of our 14-day return period will be returned to you.
All items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. All returns must be registered in our Returns Center, which will be active until October 14th, 2023.

Return Method: Pre-paid Label
Please note that as of June 20, 2023 we no longer offer free returns for store credit. If you wish to return the item(s) for a refund to the original payment method, a return fee (see below) will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Your return will be shipped to a local return hub and can take up to 10 days to reach us and be processed. If it's been longer, please contact Customer Service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip
*Prepaid labels are not available for the following EU countries:
Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Malta and Portugal.
Rest of the world
Return Method: Please use your preferred carrier to return the item(s) to us.
We shall not be held responsible for untracked returns that are lost in transit or sent to an incorrect address. Please make sure to keep a proof shipment that shows the address your return was sent to.
When returning an order without our pre-paid return label from outside of the EU, please ensure to
- use a tracked form of shipment
- state RETURNED GOODS on the CN22 form and/or on any other customs information documents you are submitting with your package.
- the details on the documents accompanying the return shipment are identical to those stated on the original invoice that came with your order (your name, address, product description & price).
- add tracking details in the returns center
Shipments that do not comply with these regulations will be returned to you and we will ask you to cover the return delivery costs.
Occasionally, returns may be held up at customs. We will do our best to help release your package as soon as possible, we shall, however, not be held responsible for any delays resulting from shipping or customs clearance.
Refunds
You'll be refunded in the same way you chose to pay. If you have used both a Gift Card or Store Credit and another payment method in a single transaction, any refund will be applied to the Gift Card/Store Credit first.
Processing Times
After reception of your return, please allow us up to 5 business days to process your refund. Once the refund is issued, we will send you an email notification.
Store credit refunds
Store credits are issued in the store's currency, in Euros, and in form of an electronic gift card. Your new store credit will be emailed to you the same day as you receive the refund notification. They expire after 1 year of issuance.
Refunds to the original payment method
Please note that in case of refunds to the original payment method, it may take up to 14 business days for the funds to appear on your account.
Original shipping costs
Original shipping costs are not refundable on orders sent outside of the European Union.
However, shipping costs will be refunded if:
- you cancel your order before dispatch;
- you return a faulty item; or
- Daquïni cancels your order due to stock availability.
Duties & taxes
If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the European Union, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Daquïni. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. View import duty information here.
Orders placed before September 7th, 2023 are eligible for a 30 day return. Please contact us if you wish to submit a return request past 14 days.
Exchanges & Price matching
If your order was made using a discount code or during a promotion, drop us an email at customerservice@daquini.com and we'll provide you with a new code to match the price of your original purchase.
We reserve the right to change the price of our products. In case of a refund, we will always refund the original price you paid for the item.
Order Cancellation
Our fulfilment center is very quick packing up orders, therefore once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel it. You may, however, return the unwanted item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
Product Warranty
All Daquïni items go through a rigorous quality testing process, however, in the rare case you receive a defective item, please email us immediately at customerservice@daquini.com.
Please make sure to provide us with :
- order number
- product name
- a short description and some images of the fault.
We will then get in touch with you to arrange a replacement.
