RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 20 days beginning on the day you receive your order.
Before returning an item, please make sure that:
the goods are dispatched back to us within 20 days of receipt
the items have not been worn
the original tag has not been removed
We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item as long as the requested item is available. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. Original shipping fees are not refundable, however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item out to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. We shall not be responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items:
that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way (please also make sure to not to leave any makeup or deodorant marks on the items you wish to return)
or are sent back outside of the 20 days return timeframe. Items returned outside of the timeframe will be refunded with a restocking fee. In the latter case please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that processing times usually vary between 3-5 business days, may however occasionally take longer, depending on your bank. If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the European Union, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Daquini. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Please note that we are unable to change or cancel orders, you may, however, return the unwanted item(s) for exchange or refund within 20 days of receipt.
Orders that are returned because of an invalid address or refused delivery are refunded minus 25% handling fee.
