We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a return request and 30 days to return the item(s) back to us.

We offer FREE returns for store credit. If you wish to return the item(s) for a refund to the original payment method, a return fee (see below) will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

      Rest of the world

      If for any reason your purchase did not work out, we’ll gladly accept a return for within 30 days of receiving your order. Please use your preferred carrier to return the item(s) to us.

      Exchanges & Price matching

      If you wish to try another style, color or size, simply return it for a store credit refund as indicated above and purchase the items you wish to receive separately.

      If your order was made using a discount code or during a promotion, drop us an email at customerservice@daquini.com and we'll provide you with a new code to match the price of your original purchase.

      We reserve the right to change the price of our products. In case of a refund, we will always refund the original price you paid for the item.

      Before submitting a return request, please remember:
      • You have 14 days from the delivery date to create a return request.
      • Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery in their original condition: new, unused, unworn, unstained, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
      • Returns received outside of the 30-day return window will be sent back to you and we'll ask you to cover the delivery costs.
      • All returns must be registered in our Returns Center.
      • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
      • Only one free return label is available per order.

      Returns from outside of the EU without a pre-paid return label

      When returning an order without our pre-paid return label, please ensure to

      • use a tracked form of shipment
      • state RETURNED GOODS on the CN22 form and/or on any other customs information documents you are submitting with your package.  
      • the details on the documents accompanying the return shipment are identical to those stated on the original invoice that came with your order (your name, address, product description & price).
      • add tracking details in the returns center

      Shipments that do not comply with these regulations will be returned to you and will ask you to cover the return delivery costs.

      We shall not be held responsible for untracked returns that are lost in transit or sent to an incorrect address.

      Occasionally, returns may be held up at customs. We will do our best to help release your package as soon as possible, we shall, however, not be held responsible for any delays resulting from shipping or customs clearance. 

      Returns from outside of the EU with a pre-paid return label

      If you are returning an order using our pre-paid return label, your return will be shipped to a local return hub. Please simply follow the return instruction provided by email. We'll take care of the paperwork for you.

       

      Refunds

      Processing Times

      After reception of your return, please allow us up to 5 business days to process your refund. Once the refund is issued, we will send you an email notification.

      Store credit refunds

      If you have chosen to receive a store credit refund, it will be emailed to you the same day as you you receive the refund notification. 

      Store credits are issued in the store's currency, in Euros and in form of an electronic gift card. They expire after 1 year of issuance.

      Refunds to the original payment method

      Please note that in case of refunds to the original payment method, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your account. 

      Original shipping costs

      Original shipping costs are not refundable on orders sent outside of the European Union.

      Gift cards

      If you have used both a Gift Card or Store Credit and another payment method in a single transaction, any refund will be applied to the Gift Card/Store Credit first.

      Duties & taxes

      If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the European Union, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Daquïni. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. View import duty information here


      Order Cancellation 

      Our fulfilment center is very quick packing up orders, therefore once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel it. You may, however, return the unwanted item(s) within 30 days of delivery. 


      Product Warranty

      All Daquïni items go through a rigorous quality testing process, however, in the rare case you receive a defective item, please email us immediately at customerservice@daquini.com

      Please make sure to provide us with :

      • order number
      • product name
      • a short description and some images of the fault.

      We will then get in touch with you to arrange a replacement. 

      The warranty period is one year from purchase date and is valid on items purchased through daquini.com. We reserve the right to not to replace items damaged after the warranty period or due to misuse, accident or incorrect laundering.
