RETURNS

Doesn't fit? Return it within 20 days of delivery for full refund or exchange. First exchange will be dispatched free of charge. 

Before returning an item, please make sure that the items have not been worn, soiled, or altered in any way (please also make sure to not to leave any makeup or deodorant marks on the items you wish to return) and all original tags are attached.

Items sent back outside of the 20 days time-frame, may be returned for store credit. In this case, please email us at customerservice@daquini.com before returning an item. 

EXCHANGES
We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item as long as the requested item is available. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
 Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item, however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item out to you. 

We recommend using a tracked form of delivery when returning an item, as Daquïni is not be responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.

REFUNDS
After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that processing times usually vary between 3-5 business days, may however occasionally take longer, depending on your card issuer. 

If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the European Union, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Daquïni. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel it, you may, however, return the unwanted item(s) for exchange or full refund within 20 days of delivery. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address or refused delivery are refunded minus 25% handling fee.
