We offer Free Returns for store credit. If you wish to return the item(s) for a refund to the original payment method, a return fee (see below) will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

If for any reason your purchase did not work out, we’ll gladly accept a return for a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order. Please use your preferred carrier to return the item(s) to us.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
To initiate a return, please sign in to our Returns Center here.
- Enter your order number and email to start the returns request.
- Select your items, reason, the refund and shipping method and click “Next.”
- You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.
- Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund/store credit has been issued.
- All returns must be registered through our Returns Center.
- Items must be returned to us within 90 days of delivery and in their original condition: new, unused, unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached. Please note that items with deodorant or makeup marks will not be accepted.
- Returns received by us outside of the extended 90-day return window will be automatically refunded to store credit.
- Daquïni is not responsible for returns that have not been registered in the Returns Center, are shipped back without a return label or any other tracked form of shipment.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Only one free return label is available per order.
- Store credits are issued in form of an electronic gift card and expire after 1 year of issuance.
Items returned from outside of the European Union without return label (with own courier or postal services): Please ensure to state RETURNED GOODS on the package and that the details on the documents accompanying the return shipment are identical to those stated on the original invoice that came with your order. Shipments that do not comply with these regulations will be automatically returned to the sender. For any questions, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to try another style, color or size, simply return it for a store credit refund as indicated above and purchase the items you wish to receive separately.
As soon as we have received your return, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or store credit - depending on your return request. Please note that processing times usually vary between 3-5 business days, may however occasionally take longer, depending on your card issuer.
If you have used both a Gift Card and another payment method in a single transaction, any refund will be applied to the Gift Card first.
If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the European Union, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Daquïni. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. View import duty information here.
ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel it, you may, however, return the unwanted item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
All Daquïni items go through a rigorous quality testing process, however, in the rare case you receive a defective item, please email us immediately at email@example.com.
Please make sure to provide us with :
- your order number
- the name of the product
- a short description and some images of the fault.
We will then get in touch with you to arrange a free replacement.
Please note: Guarantee period is one year from purchase date and is valid on items purchased through daquini.com. We reserve the right to not to replace items damaged after the guarantee period or due to misuse, accident or incorrect laundering.
