We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it to us.
Orders placed between April 2 and July 2, 2020 may be returned within 90 days of delivery date.

We offer Free Returns for store credit. If you wish to return the item(s) for a refund to the original payment method, a return fee (see below) will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

You may, of course, always use your own carrier to return the item(s) to us for a full refund. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If for any reason your purchase did not work out, we’ll gladly accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please use your preferred carrier to return the item(s) to us.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
To initiate a return, please sign in to our Returns Center here.
- Enter your order number and email to start the returns request.
- Select your items, reason, the refund and shipping method and click “Next.”
- You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.
- Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund/store credit has been issued.
All returns must be registered through our Returns Center.
If you are using a pre-paid return label, please calculate with a week for your return to arrive to us.
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery and in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed, all original tags attached).
Returns received by us outside of the 30-day return window will be refunded to store credit.
Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Only one free return label shipping
Store credits are issued in form of an electronic gift card and expire after 1 year of issuance.
If you wish to try another style, color or size, simply return it for a store credit refund as indicated above and purchase the items you wish to receive separately.
As soon as we have received your return, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or store credit - depending on your return request. Please note that processing times usually vary between 3-5 business days, may however occasionally take longer, depending on your card issuer.
If you have used both a Gift Card and another payment method in a single transaction, any refund will be applied to the Gift Card first.
If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the European Union, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Daquïni. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. View import duty information here.
All Daquïni items go through a rigorous quality testing process, however, in the rare case you receive a defective item, please get in touch with us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to provide us with your order number, the name of the product, a short description and some images of the fault. We will get in touch with you to arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel it, you may, however, return the unwanted item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
