We offer free returns for store credit. If you wish to return the item(s) for a refund to the original payment method, a return fee (see below) will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

If for any reason your purchase did not work out, we’ll gladly accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please use your preferred carrier to return the item(s) to us.
EXCHANGES & PRICE MATCHING
If you wish to try another style, color or size, simply return it for a store credit refund as indicated above and purchase the items you wish to receive separately.
If your order was made using a discount code or during a promotion, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll provide you with a new code to match the price of your original purchase.
Before submitting your return request, please note:
- Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery and in their original condition: new, unused, unworn, unstained, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
- Returns received outside of the 30-day return window will be automatically refunded to store credit.
- All returns must be registered in our Returns Center.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
- Only one free return label is available per order.
- Store credits are issued in form of an electronic gift card and expire after 1 year of issuance.
- We shall not be held responsible for untracked returns lost in transit, or undelivered returns without a proof of dispatch.
Returns from outside of the EU, without a return label:
Please ensure to state RETURNED GOODS on the CN22 form and/or on any other customs information documents you are submitting with your package.
The details on the documents accompanying the return shipment shall be identical to those stated on the original invoice that came with your order (your name, address, product description & price).Shipments that do not comply with these regulations may be returned to the sender.
Occasionally, returns may be held up at customs. We will do our best to help release your package as soon as possible, we shall, however, not be held responsible for any delays resulting from shipping or customs clearance.
After reception of your return, please allow us up to 5 business days to process your refund. Once the refund is issued, we will send you an email notification.
If you have chosen to receive a store credit refund, it will be emailed to you the same day as you you receive the refund notification.
Please note that in case of refunds to the original payment method, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your account.
If you have used both a Gift Card and another payment method in a single transaction, any refund will be applied to the Gift Card first.
If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the European Union, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Daquïni. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. View import duty information here.
Our fulfilment center is very quick packing up orders, therefore once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel it. You may, however, return the unwanted item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
All Daquïni items go through a rigorous quality testing process, however, in the rare case you receive a defective item, please email us immediately at email@example.com.
Please make sure to provide us with :
- order number
- product name
- a short description and some images of the fault.
We will then get in touch with you to arrange a replacement.
The warranty period is one year from purchase date and is valid on items purchased through daquini.com. We reserve the right to not to replace items damaged after the warranty period or due to misuse, accident or incorrect laundering.
