We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Germany. Orders are processed  Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow us up to 2 business days from the time of purchase to dispatch your order.

International Duties and Taxes 
  • E.U. countries: FREE
  • U.S.: FREE up to $800.00 USD
  • Rest of the world: The customer is liable to pay for local sales taxes and import fees, if applicable.

TRACKING

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. In the email, we provide you with a courier tracking number. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at customerservice@daquini.com.


KEEP IN MIND

Once shipped, most items are received within the timeframe indicated at checkout. International shipping times, however, occasionally may vary due to customs clearance.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.

Please, ensure that your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address or refused delivery are refunded minus 25% handling fee. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Russian Customers: Please note that at the moment, we are unable to process orders with a delivery address located in Russia.
