Shipment

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of your order being submitted. You will receive an email once your order has shipped including the expected delivery date, along with your tracking number (if applicable).

SHIPPING FEES AND OPTIONS

• We offer FREE Priority Shipping Worldwide. For your information: This method does not provide tracking information and uses your local postal service to deliver your package. 
• Registered Priority Shipping offers more control and security, and provides $35 insurance. Some international carriers provide tracking. Have a look at the confirmation email that tells you 'Your order has been shipped'. If your order is trackable you’ll see the link there. 
• For worldwide trackable express delivery, please choose the DHL Express Shipment option. 

PLEASE NOTE: shipping times and fees (if applicable) depend on your location. To calculate the exact delivery date and costs please go to your Shopping Bag, click "Estimate Shipping" and choose your location. Once shipped most items are received in the time frames indicated at Check Out. However, please understand that we can not control the postal services and/or Customs. Daquini is not responsible for uninsured/unregistered packages that are lost/stolen or damaged.

WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED ITEMS

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

DUTIES / TAXIES

Customs charges and/or local taxes may apply in your chosen country. Daquini is not responsible for these in any way, and they will be at your expense. For further information please contact your local customs office and/or authorities in your country.
