Orders are fulfilled by Webshippy Fulfillments and are shipped from Budapest, Hungary. 

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return it.

1. Enter your order number and email to start the returns request.

2. Select your items, reason, the refund and shipping method and click “Next.”

3. You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund/store credit has been issued.

Please note:
All returns must be registered through our Returns Center. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed, all original tags attached). Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Store credits are issued in form of an electronic gift card and expire after 1 year of issuance. 

Depending on your location, your order may be eligible for free returns:

EU, UK, US and Canada: We offer free and easy returns for store credit on  EU, UK, US and Canada orders. If you wish to return the item(s) for a refund to the original payment method, a return fee (see below) will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Learn more.

Rest of the world: If for any reason your purchase did not work out, we’ll gladly accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please use your preferred carrier to return the item(s) to us. 

Full policy

If you would like to receive a different item, color or size, please follow the return process indicated above and place a new order for the items you wish to receive. 

If you are returning an item from the EU, UK, USA or Canada, we will provide you with a prepaid return label during the return process. 

If you are based elsewhere in the world, please use your preferred carrier/postal service to return the item(s) to us. 

If you have returned your item(s) using a prepaid return label, you'll find the tracking number in your return confirmation email. 

The refund/store credit will be issued within four business days of us receiving the returned item(s).  When the return is processed, we'll send you an email confirming your return and refund. 

Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout, they are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against all products (except for other Gift Cards) on www.daquini.com.

Gift Cards may be combined with promo codes and other Gift Cards.

Gift Cards may be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. 

To check the available balance of a Gift Card:
- simply open the email confirmation in which you have received it and click on View Gift Card
- or add it to Apple Wallet to keep you your Gift Card and its balance visible at all times. 

Gift Cards and Store Credits issued in form of a Gift Card expire after 1 year of issuance.
