We work very closely with well established family-owned productions across Europe. All Daquïni items are manufactured with highest attention to detail and in strict compliance with all applicable laws.
Mindfulness is key to our brand. We source our high-end technical fabrics from ethically, socially and environmentally responsible suppliers. All materials used are Oeko-Tex® certified, meaning they are produced without using any harmful chemicals. Our signature French fabric is also bio-degradable and has been rewarded with the GOLD LEVEL material health certificate.

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, please note that at the moment we are unable to ship to Russia.
We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders over €200. Shipping costs for orders under €200: ▷ E.U. countries: €10 ▷ Rest of the world: €15
Orders received before 11:30 am (CET) will be shipped out the same day. We ship using DHL Express. Once shipped, your order will be delivered as indicated below: ▷ E.U. Countries: 1-2 business days ▷ USA: 1-3 business days ▷ Rest of the world: 2-4 business days

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we will gladly accept it within 20 days beginning on the day you receive it. To read our full policy or to initiate a return, please click here.
We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same style as long as the requested item is available. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. Original shipping fees are not refundable, however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item out to you.
We offer free shipping on the first item you wish to exchange, you are, however responsible for shipping costs with your chosen carrier when returning an item.
We will complete a refund for you once we receive your return. It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
